Eligibility

DelphiSun reviews each competitive proposal on a price per watt basis. Your proposal may be eligible for a price match if it meets the following items.

Solar Panels 

The proposal must include the model and make of the solar panels and must be comparable to your DelphiSun solar panels. Panel wattage is important, we have seen competitors match system size but do it with lower wattage panels. This is not a comparable quote as lower wattage panels are cheaper and not the latest technology. 

Inverters

The proposal must include the model and make of the inverter/s and must be comparable to your DelphiSun solar panel system. We are looking for the size of the inverter to make sure the sizing of the inverter is comparable otherwise there is a possibility of clipping which will not maximize your solar panel production. 

System Size

The proposal must include the system size and the system size needs to be of comparable size to your DelphiSun solar system you have ordered. The system size should include the number of solar panels and total wattage (in kW).

Current Quote

The competitive quote needs to be dated within the past 15 days of your order and represent the identical financing option to be considered. For example, we need to be able to compare a Cash Proposal to a Cash Proposal and Loan Proposal to a Loan Proposal. The proposal needs to be a full turnkey solution just like ours. Full turnkey means inclusive of engineering, permitting, and installation costs and cannot include any discounts. 

Same owner and address

The proposal must be in the same name and address of the DelphiSun order.

Price Match Guarantee Process

1. The order must be placed with DelphiSun
2. Send the competitive proposal to your design consultant at DelphiSun via email and to compquote@delphisun.com for review
3. Our team will review the competitive quote and will provide you clear details on whether or not the competitive quote is comparable. This is no cost to you and will give you confidence to know the differences between the two systems. 

***DelphiSun retains the right to decline any price match requests that we suspect were submitted dishonestly. When you submit a competing quote, you consent to DelphiSun reaching out to the solar provider who provided the quote to authenticate its conditions. As a result, we may need to disclose your name and/or installation address. This program may be terminated by DelphiSun at any time and without advance notice. Price match deals are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
